Objective:

To connect with the art showcase while practicing the Viloma pranayama technique, exploring your emotions and mindfulness.

Game Structure:

  1. Position: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  2. Start with Inhalation: Inhale deeply through the nose in three stages (for example, inhale to a count of 4, pause for 2 seconds, inhale again to a count of 4, pause, and then inhale for the final count of 4).
  3. Exhale: After the final inhalation, exhale slowly and completely through the mouth, taking your time.
  4. Repeat: Continue this process for 5-10 minutes, allowing yourself to focus on the art showcase and your breath.
  5. Reflection: Reflect on your journey and feel free to journal about your discoveries.
